The Study
The Jump Hour revives a rare time-display format within compact proportions.
We examined aperture placement, dial minimalism, and case curvature to ensure the unconventional layout felt intentional and legible. Attention centered on how light interacts with the framed hour window and surrounding negative space.

The Approach
We produced detailed product stills across hero and macro angles, isolating the case profile, dial architecture, and finishing transitions.
Lighting was shaped to preserve clarity around the jumping hour mechanism. An 8-second teaser animation introduced subtle motion, emphasizing the jump-hour transition without cinematic embellishment.

The Result
The final assets position the Jump Hour as quietly distinctive.
The complication feels deliberate rather than nostalgic, supported by clean proportions and balanced framing. Stills provide structural clarity, while the short animation adds restrained dynamism to the watch’s defining feature.
